Welcome to Bloomerly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Bloomerly, LLC ("Bloomerly", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Bloomerly offers a platform for parents to engage with curated content and suggestions for activities and conversations with their children, powered by the ChatGPT API from OpenAI.

• 2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• 2.2 License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.
